Please Note: All prices on this site are Retail, we do that to protect you our customers should a consumer locate this site. This is a purchase order website, the order comes directly to us and we will contact you for payment information*

Minimum order: $100.00 Re-order Minimum: $50.00 wholesale

If you are a new account, you may pay the opening order by company check or Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa only) or you may apply for credit terms.

Terms may be established upon submitting credit references. We welcome customers who comply with our terms. Please fax your credit sheet to us at 225-243-4387 with your order.

Shipping: We ship UPS, all charges are added to your invoice once your order has been processed and weighed. We process your credit card the day of shipping.

Returns: All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number given to you by calling our office. Please call within 5 days of receipt of the damaged items.

Ordering: Call 800-299-9037 to place your order by phone with our sales staff. Please help us when calling by having style numbers and quantities ready when placing your order.

Backorders: We ship orders 95% complete. Only out of stocks totaling $50.00 wholesale or more will be backordered. All others please re-order.

Delivery: We ship from our studio in Denham Springs, Louisiana (right on the edge of Baton Rouge) We generally ship within 2 weeks of receiving your order with the exception of peak season or market times. For any special orders or rush please call our office to see if we can accomadate that need at that time.

Quality Guarantee: We take pride in making quality jewelry. Should your customer return an item due to damage within a reasonable time since purchase please contact us to advise you on our either repairing or replacing that item at no charge. We do try to keep you and your customers happy.
